First time here and I booked in for a long overdue haircut. I had a wash, cut, and blow-dry. Was seen by Lisa and she did an absolutely fab job taking loads of length off and giving me a really good refresh. Such friendly staff and got a gorgeous cuppa while it was done. All really lovely staff though and I will definitely be back and much sooner than my last haircut 😅 5🌟

Excellent hairstylists. Very friendly and professional. Lovely salon, warm and spacious. Very central for accessibility. Came here on recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed Go the extra mile to make sure you are happy throughout your visit. This was my first visit and will not be my last. Moving to Whitby and feel really reassured that I now have a salon that will do my hair just how I like it.

Just back from my hair appt and im so pleased with everything! Salon is lovely and straight away got offered a tea or coffee. The stylist Emma was so nice and explained about my colour etc and took her time helping me choose. She discussed everything she was going to do and kept asking if I was ok-its those little things that make all the difference. Im on holiday and come to Whitby every year and when I come back next year I will defo be going back to the salon ☺️👍🏼!

When I arrived staff at VIP's staff offered me a hot drink and where very chatting and loverly and did an amazing job at doing my hair and staff where very chatty whilst doing my hair and staff at VIP's made me very happy and comfortable and would highly reccomend them to other people

Fabulous as always. Very professional, friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy when you walk out the door. Have gone for 16 years, always leave satisfied with result.
