Avoid!!!. I am incredibly disappointed with McLeans Cleaning Company. I had a confirmed booking for a clean, only to be cancelled on the very morning of the appointment without any real explanation. I called three times and asked for a call back—nothing. I even sent follow-up messages, making it clear I was disappointed but that I also understood things can happen and there are ways to manage a cancellation professionally. The complete lack of communication and accountability was appalling. Terrible service, terrible reliability. If you need a company you can depend on, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Stacey and her team have worked with us for the past 3 years providing outstanding bed linen and towels for our guests. The quality and service we receive is absolutely second to none. Stacey has extremely high standards and this is reflected in her professionalism, dedication and the personal touch that is given to all her clients. I was fortunate enough to find Stacey and the team at McLeans over a year ago now after spending hours managing my holiday properties laundry myself and only wish I’d found them sooner! I initially started leaving my laundry for Stacey to collect, clean and return to my safe space in between changeovers. The service has always been spot on and even during busy holiday periods the team have never let me down, despite sometimes short turnarounds! The collection and delivery service really makes a difference to me. More recently, the team have helped out with changeovers where I’ve struggled with time. Again, really pleased with the service and given that I like to think I’m a perfectionist that says it all! I hope to used the McLean teams service for a long time to come…they are the best! McLean’s Cleans have been working with us for just under a year. We run disability based holiday cottages in Whitby at Summerfield Farm Holidays and have 4 busy cottages which sometimes require last minute changes due to the specific needs of disabled guests. Since changing to McLeans Cleans as our main linen and towel provider we’ve seen a noticeable change in being able to organise ourselves better as Stacey and her team are on top of all our needs. The linen is brilliant quality, communication is brilliant which is an important part of our business and Stacey is very friendly, professional and approachable. I’d highly recommend her services to any holiday accommodation providers.
