Avoid!!!. I am incredibly disappointed with McLeans Cleaning Company. I had a confirmed booking for a clean, only to be cancelled on the very morning of the appointment without any real explanation. I called three times and asked for a call back—nothing. I even sent follow-up messages, making it clear I was disappointed but that I also understood things can happen and there are ways to manage a cancellation professionally. The complete lack of communication and accountability was appalling. Terrible service, terrible reliability. If you need a company you can depend on, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We have used the laundrette for our duvets and bedding and was super impressed with their speedy turn around. The customer service is 10/10 and also the bedding smells amazing! Will continue to use Stacey and the team in the future.
