I came here for a friend of mine whose washing machine had broken, the lady was super helpful and showed me what to do, explained how to use the washing machine, told me where I could wash my hands and use the loo. Really reasonable pricing and top quality, friendly customer service. I forgot washing powder so the lady gave me some of that too. Honestly I was stressing about getting my friends laundry sorted and it's all done and stress free, thankyou!
We have 2 holiday lets and our fabulous cleaning company KT1 use SL Laundries. SL Laundries used to be very good but over the past 4 months they have lost over £580 worth of our own brand new linen and have refused to answer my emails with regard to this. We went over to hire linen from them which is sometimes stained and not always complete . The service has gone downhill rapidly and we personally would not use them but we don't want to move to a different cleaning company. Dreadful service.
Very pleased needed help cleaning a sort of mattress cover/protector it came with an expensive mattress. Straight away the ladies were there to help and offer advice and sorted it the same day perfect job. Very pleased with the service 5 star.
Needed a place to do our own laundry and this was all we could find. Cleaned and dried very well. Good price. Happy and nice people who work there. Kudos
