Spoke with Adam on the phone this morning and what can I say, he spent ten minutes trying to guide me through doing the job myself to get the problem resolved. He recommends local businesses for parts and he doesn't want his customers to spend wastefully. This is a fantastic plumber, if I need anything replacing on the Job Browns is who i'm calling for the work. 10/10
