Mick came to fix my parents lounge gas fire after we were repeatedly let down by someone else. He fitted us in before I left to travel home and was really nice to talk with. He was clear and fair in his prices. When he came back to fit it he even helped my mum look up a phone number in Yorkshire council website (unrelated to the fire) Highly recommend Mick!

Excellent service. Turned up at arranged time. Is very experienced and knows his trade. Repaired our frost damaged boiler and saved me money by drying out printed circuit board. Would definitely recommend Mike Fuller.

Very disappointing. Initially, all went Ok. Booked Mick in to service the boiler, which he duly did. He highlighted that a couple of parts needed replacing, which he would need to order, and I drew his attention to the refill valve which had become faulty - meaning I was unable to top up the water pressure in the boiler. Mick returned when he had received the parts, and installed them, but did not address the refilling loop stating he had not got the appropriate tools with him, but would come back another time to do so. In the 2 months since then, I have called him several times, left messages, and texted him, but have had no answer whatsoever. I also did a bit of Googling against his invoice, and noted there was an approx 10-15% markup compared to Screwfix RETAIL prices. Will not be using again, which considering his lack of communications, is in keeping with his own views.

I had a problem with my boiler, I contacted Mick and he came out and fixed it and it's now running better than before. Great service, very professional and at a fantastic price too, can't recommend him enough and will certainly be using him again if anything else goes wrong.
