Phone number don't work. Delivery driver is lazy and won't leave their van if there's snow even if its been shoved off the property they are delivering too. Its been 3 days now and im still waiting.
Useless service, waited a long time to report missing parcel clearly left at some unknown address according to photo delivery proof. Eventually hung up.
Terrible service, no answer on the phone after 40 minutes waiting time. Given a delivery time, and not even turned up. He came an hour late, with no notice or updates. When I asked him why was he late, he said we don’t get given times we are just all day for deliveries. If that is true why give the customers delivery times to stay in all morning and start of the afternoon to not even stick by the times. I will be dreading anything coming from Royal Mail, poor service and it’s not the first time this has happened!!!
Awful service. Delivered an important parcel but not to my house and no indication of where my parcel is now. And no way of contacting the sorting office, contact my have issues when them not delivering or delivering to wrong address
I know this isn't royal mail's fault directly but I was waiting for a delivery for a present and the courier (parcel force) decided to put my parcel in the wrong truck and send it somewhere else , therefore costing me more money to have it redelivered through royal mail
