A lovely company to deal with. The solicitor has exceptional knowledge of the area. My cottage purchase has gone through very well. He was aware of local history which helped in my cottage purchace. I have been kept up to date with the purchase from day one.
Fantastic, professional, reliable service. I cannot recommend Michael Crossling at CBK Solicitors highly enough. This is the third time Michael and his wonderful team have acted for us when buying and selling a house. From start to finish, his communication is excellent, his knowledge of conveyancing, the legalities etc is beyond expectations . He has an amazing team and a calming manner. I have used other solicitors in the past, but no one can equal Michael and his team at CBK. Highly recommend!

Just bought a house and we used CBK solicitors. Absolutely fabulous! Initially we had Grace but then moved completely seamlessly to Xavia. From start to finish they were all supportive, helpful and energetic in resolving any issues we had. This was from the cashier , receptionist to our Solicitor. Very upfront about costs , which were reasonable and affordable. Great service and would highly recommend using this firm
