I have visited this bookstore a few times during my trips to Whitby, and it's a great little shop. We initially visited looking for a copy of 'Dracula', which it stocked, but I came across this awesome selection of Harry Potter books and merchandise all at very reasonable prices, so that was an added bonus! Well, it's definitely worth a visit if you're a Potterhead in Whitby

I always visit this discount bookstore when I visit Whitby. The prices are truly fantastic and very competitively priced. It's like The Works, but with more books and a much wider selection. I would also go so far as to say it is actually better priced too. I bought a huge 4 hardcover book slipcase collection that was supposed to be 50 dollars, but they had for £12.99 - a bargain! What made the shopping experience so good was the young girl behind the till. She was exceptionally pleasant and she wished me a good day. It's small flourishes like that which make a shopping experience a joy. Kudos to the shop and their staff. I highly recommend anyone visiting Whitby to shop here, as they have a huge range of books - encompassing a wide range of non-fiction subjects, fiction, children's books, board games, puzzles and jigsaws. They also sell tourist books. A worthy 5 star shop and service.

Prices here are insane and so is the selection. Having to fit things in my luggage saves me from spending hundreds of dollars (I still bought a few thinner books!)
