Shut at 13:20 for 1 hour for lunch . The amount of people trying to get in and the door was locked , The £££ they lost , just have a sandwich as you go along . No need to shut it for 1hour .

I called in to donate some items for the first time yesterday (a Sunday afternoon) I was pleasantly surprised they were open. The guy I dealt with was friendly, helpful & signed me up for Gift Aid. Thank you 😃

This has to be the best place for kids clothes in Whitby , they have so many designer labels , Italian , French etc all at charity shop prices , you just have to go in regular enough to catch the bargains not sure if you can take a dog in. Splendid kind staff well done them Nice to see local staff too

Books very expensive can buy them cheaper elsewhere up 4 quid for 2cnd hand kids book is too much
