Was asked to leave the shop with our Chihuahua despite the sign on the door saying "No dogs unless small enough to carry" which he is and we were carrying him. Very poor and won't return, which is a shame because I saw a shirt in the window I probably would have bought. I could have gone back in without the dog but felt annoyed and embarrassed. If it's no dogs full stop then change your sign to say so.

Visited this lovely little shop for the first time in August. The lady who served me went above and beyond to help me out, I tried a beautiful dress on(I needed an outfit for a trip to the races that afternoon)but the neck line was a little too low for my liking, to my suprise she pulled a sewing tub from under the counter and offered to alter it for me there and then. I've never known service like that. I will definitely call in again on my next trip to Whitby.

Wonderful to see this lovely shop reopening in Whitby. The lady that runs it is so friendly and helpful. The shop itself is full of fabulous mens and womens wear at reasonable prices. There is also an amazing array of accessories including some very unusual and lovely handbags. They'll definitely be a talking point where ever you go. Absolutely on my visit list!

What an amazing place. I bought a beautiful handbag in the form of an alarm clock (which actually works). The lady in the shop was most helpful and obviously loved being there. I'll visit again next time I'm in Whitby.

Discovered this little boutique on 13/11/22 on the way back from our trip away. I was blown away I wanted to buy the full shop. So tasteful. I fell in love with a pair of gloves that are so unique my partner bought them for me for christmas and the lady wrapped them up perfectly. Such amazing customer service and we are going back soon for a Christmas outfit. Thank you Skirts and Shirts
