Excellent customer service at this shop. It's always a pleasure to shop here. The man who served us today, as we were returning an item, was extremely helpful and thoughtful. He is a credit to the company. He is always friendly, helpful and pleasant whenever we visit. Well done.

We like to stay near Whitby, you have lots of places near by you can visit . We find that the parking is a rip off but there is a park & ride .

Great store, really friendly staff who genuinely know their stock. I needed help with Merino socks and the last made several recommendations and helped me make my decision. Products always seem to be great quality and never seen to have issues.

Brought a coat online which was the wrong size, spoke to Mark on the phone who told me to bring it in to the shop and got everything sorted. Brilliant customer service, top bloke, credit to TOG.
