Whitby Yard

Bought a dry robe in summer for a Christmas present bit my daughter did not like the colour so came to ask if I could exchange it for another colour as it has never been worn. The lady in the shop was so accommodating. She tracked my receipt from July and exchanged it. Can highly recommend this shop. The customer service is excellent and I have now one very happy daughter so thank you whitby yard. Much appreciated

I visited Whitby last week and the day before we were due to leave I visited Whitby Yard. The shop had caught my eye all week and once inside I absolutely fell in love with both the products and the shop style / feel & layout. A lady called Caroline greeted me, she was extremely polite and friendly and smiled lots !! She was extremely helpful in answering any questions regarding the pricing and styles. I ended up our purchasing a navy hoodie, alongside a green long sleeved top. I love them both so much! The hoodie is extremely warm and cosy as it is fur lined, they are both great fits and my hoodie has already been admired lots back home! It’s my birthday coming up soon, so I’m Hoping to treat myself to more Whitby Yard clothing! Couldn’t fault anything! I also had a lovely reply from the owner Jac on Instagram who was just as lovely to speak with. If you are visiting Whitby or saltburn I 100% recommend shopping here! The quality is just unreal

I love the Whitby store as it’s the one I usually visit, but called in to the Saltburn store, in one of the railway station shops. A lovely setting and a great shop. Yes I bought a cosy zip thru hoodie, which was just what I was looking for. The lady serving in store was a delight. I often buy from the website, but a trip to a store ( with all its temptations ) and visiting the coast was a real treat, Thanks I had a great time.

We had the pleasure of visiting and meeting Jacquie whilst on our amazing holiday in Whitby/Sandsend recently and purchased a couple of t-shirts and hoodies which we absolutely love. They are so comfortable and soft and we were spoilt for choice with colours! We also purchased our lovely china Whale mugs and have just had our first cuppas in them this morning! Fabulous shop and we will definitely be visiting again on our next trip to Whitby!

Love absolutely everything about this shop. From the layout of the store to the wonderful customer service and beautiful clothes. Great quality clothing in an array of colours. Bought 2 t shirts and a hoody which wash perfectly due to the high quality material . I’ll definitely be buying more and highly recommend. Thank you.
