I can’t thank Roland and Lee enough for their kindness and support when I accidentally put petrol in my diesel van. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly friendly, reassuring, and helpful. They went above and beyond helping me push the van into a parking bay, giving me clear advice on what I should and shouldn’t do, and making sure I was comfortable while I waited. They even helped me get in touch with someone to sort out the issue. It was a really stressful situation, but their calm and supportive approach, as well as checking to make sure I was ok whilst I waited made all the difference. I’m very grateful for their help, thank you so much!!! ☺️

Very short of fuel and miles away from home after a late singing gig. Need fuel and now pretty stranded because this has lace is falsely advertised as 24hours. Not happy

Refused me and my father service despite doing absolutely nothing wrong or nothing illegal. Refused to give valid reason. Staff were rude too.

The Shell petrol station ⛽ never ran short of Fuel in the tanker driver's shortage as others have. The Manager rationed it. The service is always polite, along with the Food shop.

Web site indicates that this is open 24hrs, but its not! called there is morning at 04:30 only to find it closed.
