I was recommended Drapers by some locals, they came to measure my entire house up, the guy was very helpful and spent time talking to me about different flooring as I am clueless. I have chosen everything I want and will be having it fitted upon completion. Thank you

We would highly recommend Drapers we have just had new lounge carpet fitted and Invictus flooring laid throughout the kitchen, utility and shower room. Every part of the process from choosing the flooring having all the different types of flooring explained to me in detail by Darren then James and Alan the fitter coming out to our house to check that the flooring would be appropriate for where we wanted it and measuring up to Alan and his team coming to fit the flooring everything went to plan and they could not have been more helpful. Great service thank you ☺️

I was expecting laminate flooring to be laid throughout the ground floor and had paid to have the rooms cleared ready for fitting.Drapers did not turn up nor did they contact me. When I rang see where they were I was told the flooring was still somewhere in The Red Sea! Why on earth didn’t they let me know. No idea when I’m likely to get this and have already paid half,very unhappy. Terrible customer service.
