Was visiting Whitby on a day trip and stumbled on this store, its an Iceland store with lots of offers and choices, good bargains for big families, a smaller version of Costco

Update 1.12.23 When shopping again here was again was served by the most miserable person iv ever met on a till the same guy as my review below I can't believe they have this guy serving people how the hell did he get the job I don't know!!!! Getting expensive but that's the cost of living I sopose. A large young man on the till could very much improve on their customer service skills , ie saying please and thank you is not a hard thing and try to smile for got sake , how he got the job I don't know , rest of the staff are fine

So most staff are great with customers however this is not my issue the thing is I spend a lot of money with Iceland and things are getting worse it started with things getting replaced then things were out of stock I can understand but it happens nearly every time I order right so this time when I ordered some items just didn’t get delivered at all so I don’t know what has happened here but it looks to suspect to be an accident as there were quite a few items missing that I was told was getting delivered on my order I am not very happy that a massive company can make such a mistake but it really needs to be looked into because i will be taking it up with head office because it’s absolutely shocking

When you order online I have noticed with all my deliveries that when it comes to fresh or bread items they'll always give you the ones just about to go out of date. Looks like I'm going to have to stop buying online
