We popped in today, just looking. Barbara was very helpful ended buying some earrings and necklace for my lovely wife. Barbara gave us some excellent advice. Hopefully we will return one day.

Have bought several pieces of Jet from here over the years. Always good quality and reasonably priced. I took a couple of bracelets to be repaired last week and the repair and Customer Service was impeccable. One bracelet wasn't one of their sales but was repaired all the same. I was charged a very good price and they were returned to me in a sparkling condition, having also been cleaned. Absolutely delighted! Thank you 😊

I can't thank this shop enough for getting my missing jet heart stud earring replaced for me. It's not a high value item, but they had sentimental value to me and you went above and beyond any hoped for customer service in getting this to the original jeweller to have a replacement made. My newly matching pair arrived today and I am beyond thrilled - Thank you so much

Whitby Jet is 180 million years old It's collected from the beach and made into the most beautiful Jewellery There are many Jet Shops In Whitby ,but Robinson's Is one of the finest jewellery shop in town. They have a great selection of Jet Jewellery to suit all tastes & budgets. Their customer service is second to none and they are super friendly . I would highly recommended a visit.
