I cannot thank Derek enough. My daughter broke an earring sometime ago that was bought for her as a gift in Whitby. It has been discontinued and it was a long shot but I contacted Simpsons jet to see if they had the template available, he searched through his stock to find a single earring of the same type.. It has made her Christmas! Thank you for such great customer service.

Fabulous! Lots of lovely iconic Whitby jet jewellery On a recent holiday I bought some beautiful jet earrings only to lose one only a week later! I was SO upset! I couldn't find the same ones in the online shop or anywhere else either which I was so sad about. So, I phoned the shop and they were absolutely amazing! I sent a photo and they very quickly sourced a replacement for me. So kind and absolutely stunning customer service. Can't recommend Simpsons highly enough. There are lots of places selling Whitby jet but I will be going to Simpsons for any future pieces, gifts etc. Highly recommend.

Purchased some earrings online, they were posted out the next working day and arrived the day after. They came packaged in a beautiful box and sleeve, ideal for gifting. The earrings themselves are stunning, beautifully polished and are exactly what I wanted. Thank you! 🖤

My wife and I had our first proper date in Whitby and on our anniversary a few years ago, I bought her a silver bangle inset with jet from Simpsons. She was devastated a few weeks ago when she realised that she’d knocked the stone out. We went back to Simpsons hoping that they could do something and we were very happy when they said they could replace the stone and not only that, they didn’t even charge us! And sent it back free of charge. Absolutely fantastic customer service, we would have been happy to pay for the repair so this was lovely. I even bought her another couple of pieces. Could not recommend enough.
