Won a pair of Dr Martens Leonore boots in a competition organised by this company. They arrived this morning and I'm absolutely over the moon with them. Sam from Whitby Cobbler is a true professional...helpful friendly service and utmost efficiency! Will definately be visiting the shop very soon to thank him and see what other gorgeous footwear is on offer as the service is exemplary!! Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Popped into this shop while visiting Whitby for the day and I’m so glad I did! I’ve been looking for a new pair of boots for a while and immediately found a great pair of men’s Barbour boots — bought them on the spot. A very Impressive range of branded footwear. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Great service and lovely people. I’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Whitby!

My family and myself have purchased a number of boots/shoes/trainers/sandals from this store. In general they are of excellent quality. I purchased a pair of Barbour short wellies for use on the beach. I didn’t wear them for some time, but when I did start to use them, after a couple of months they started to leak. The body had started to come away from the sole. I was aware that they were out of warranty but wanted to know if they could repair them, and to ask if there had been issues with other Barbour wellies that had been sold. The reaction by the lady in the shop was not what I expected. “You haven’t bought them from here !” She was adamant that they had not been purchased from their shop and refused to accept what I was saying. She was rude and unhelpful. I have now purchased some wellies from elsewhere and they are excellent for beach walking and paddling in the sea.
