High Straggleton Farm

I only intended to stay one night but ended up extending to two because, as many others have said, I received such a warm welcome from Gina in the office and Derek. I had a pitch with an uninterrupted view of the sea and particularly enjoyed the lovely hot shower with no timers or push buttons! There are five separate shower rooms which is more private and convenient. I also enjoyed a walk down to the long, wide beach less than a mile away and of course the proximity to lovely Whitby! Thank you.

Lovely campsite, great location with stunning views and a nice walk into the centre of Whitby. Good shower and toilet blocks and even has an on-site pizzeria! We will definitely be back.

This is site so lovely , lovely friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Lovely facilities toilets and showers. Not to mention the lovely cats on site which my son said was an added bonus. Look forward to returning ( we haven't even left yet )

Owners & staff are great.Fab static caravans. Easy walking to Sandsend & Whitby. Lovely meals over the road at the golf course which is open to the public. Our favourite place to chill out at.

Nice campsite, good value, showers are good quality, nice view of the sea. Didn't find a washing-up station so maybe it's more set up for motorhomes and caravans. Quite a lot of dumped stuff around the site, would benefit from a clean-up. Perfect place to stay to visit Whitby (easy bus ride) and North York Moors.
