Nestled just off the busy Sandgate street, Waterside Cottage is an exquisite one-bedroom cottage which combines old town charm with spectacular harbour views.

It is accessed via the large gate next to the entrance of Robert & Victoria Jewellers. Although there are a couple of steps on entry and to access the kitchen/bedroom area, this cottage remains at one level and therefore ideal for those who have difficulty with stairs or heights.

Upon entry you are greeted with a spacious hallway which leads into a spacious lounge/dining area. In addition to its large canvas pictures and feature mirror, its magnificent picture window overlooking the harbour entrance and the West town promenade can be enjoyed at any time of the day, either with a fine glass of wine or maybe a relaxing cup of tea.

The lounge has access to satellite television and has controllable central heating. You will find all rooms are well lit with a subtle décor.

Moving out of the lounge, situated just off the hallway is a fully equipped kitchen with its own picturesque views of the water. 'Harbour View' - Bedroom, a spacious double bedroom is served by separate en-suite rest room with shower facilities. The bedroom provides ample storage space, TV and made even more special by its access to a wide balcony, again overlooking views of the harbour.

A short walk away brings you to the Old Market Place, Tate Hill Beach, the East Pier and the famous 199 Steps, which lead you up to St Mary's Church, the Abbey and some superb views of the town and the sea.

The cottage also offers the perfect base for visitors looking to explore the North Yorkshire Coast and North Yorks National Park.
