Lovely room compact and very clean. Excellent bedding and bed. Very disappointed with shower it would not get warm at all. We only saw host twice and we tried to find them to tell them about the shower and you had to go to the hall way to get tea and coffee
Beautiful property, rooms were spotless and so well kept and very comfortable after long day. The hosts were really warm and welcoming and happy to chat and help guide us with where to go and eat. Overall would definitely recommend and stay again. Great location, a nice 5/10 min walk to the harbour, and less that that to the beach. Thanks for a lovely stay.
My room was spacious, well appointed and absolutely spotless. The bed was a decent size and extremely comfortable, there was decent storage in the room and the bathroom was compact but very good too. The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly and breakfast was delicious. There are a lot of stairs (55 if you're staying in the top rooms), which may not suit those with limited mobility but wasn't a problem for any of my party. The rates were reasonable and overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
This is an excellent place to stay. Owners are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is close to shops and town centre. We occupied rooms 3 and 4 and were very happy with both. They were spotlessly clean, large, light and airy, tastefully decorated with comfortable king-sized beds. We will definitely stay there again.
A gorgeous clean room with a fantastic location (5 minutes walk in to Whitby). The owners were welcoming and friendly. A great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. However, the room needs black out blinds as it was flooded with light at 5:30 in the morning. A more powerful shower would also be a plus.
