Upon arrival it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than a valued customer, with no consideration that we had traveled several hours to get to the hotel. "Its late and cold" when we enquired where to park as we couldn't get onto the driveway. The hotel seems well established and the rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, and within a 15 minute walk to the main attractions of Whitby harbour. Overall OK but our host could work on her customer service.
Great place, good value. Directly opposite pannett park and the whitby museum. 3 min walk into the center. Be aware the parking policy states no vans or trucks. The car park is tight but complimentary parking is hard to find in Whitby so no complaints from me.

Would definitely recommend when visiting Whitby, has everything you need and more! Having parking and only being a short walk away from all the attractions is a big bonus. Sonya was so friendly upon arrival and throughout the stay. Would also like to say a very big thank you for sending us back our charger that we accidentally left behind :)
We stayed here for 3 nights and would highly recommend you staying if you are in the area. It's a short walk (about 5 mins) into the centre where everything you need is located. We stayed in Room 1, which was a great size. The bed was very comfy and the room, bathroom, bedding and towels where very clean. Tea, coffee and drinking chocolate where on offer and very appreciated biscuits 😋 Also in the room was a fan, which was a great bonus - Thank you Sonia is a great host and we would definitely stay here again T&J from East Yorkshire
