Just had a lovely few days staying at the Chiltern guest house in Beautiful Whitby. We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The breakfast was delicious and so much choice. All within walking distance of everything Whitby has to offer. We had an amazing stay at this old school guest house.The hosts were so accomodating in every way.From parking,information on local amenities,medical centres to general good chat.We moved room seamlessly as we wished to stay an extra six days and the breakfast was simply wonderful.Cereal,fruit,great selection of fruit juices and english breakfast was freshly cooked with a speedy service.Brilliant king size bed and will return when we can get a chance.Thoroughly recommend.

We stayed in the apartments in number 4 after a climb up the stairs the apartment was lovely with everything you needed for a self catering break.lovely clean bed and fresh towels,plenty of storage with drawers wardrobe etc. Even a hoover ironing board and iron,nothing needed.great location and lovely hosts. Highly recommend this great place.

Had a lovely few days in whitby and stayed at this lovely guest house. From arriving to leaving was made most welcome. The owners couldn't be more obliging in everything. Breakfast was 100% delicious with more than plenty to choose from including the cooked breakfast which was always hot. The girls (waitresses) at breakfast couldn't do enough for you, so curtious and smiling all the time. Rooms were spotlessly clean and fresh towels (soft) everyday. Plus always a fill up of tea/coffee/milk everyday. A most enjoyable stay and will definitely be staying here again. A big thank you to all concerned.
