A lounge has a flat-screen TV, and there is a well-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and kettle, as well as a dining area. For an additional charge, you can enjoy breakfast at the owners’ Sandpiper guest house, just a 1-minute walk away, with a traditional full English showcasing the local area’s produce. There are cereals, fruit, yogurt, porridge and hot toast with jam and marmalade. Whitby Train Station and the Whitby Museum are both less than 10 minutes’ walk from the property. The pretty coastal village of Robin Hood’s Bay is a 15-minute drive and offers a range of pubs, restaurants and tea rooms to visit.
