What a great place to stay. Stayed for 3 nights in room 2. Fantastic view from large bay window. Comfortable bed with lots of storage in room. Emma and Zed were friendly and helpful. Staff were lovely. Great breakfast included in the price.

Thanks to Emma, Zed & the team for a lovely stay. Clean comfy single room (fab decor) all your tea, coffee, hot chocolate & biccies on hand. Very easy reach of centre of town. My room at the very top - plenty of stairs and no lift. Was informed about all this prior to visiting had it been an issue at all it would’ve been accommodated for me and sorted. You can choose whatever you like for breakfast.. Enjoyed mine! All in all just a lovely stay and will visit again 😃

Booked the hotel on the day as we decided to go for a little trip to Whitby. The hotel is prime location, can walk to all major attractions. It ticked all my boxes, very clean, great bedding, great bed, good amenities, good wifi coverage, near parking, quietness and lovely breakfast! Host were great, gave me the exact level of interaction that I like. Great views! For the price it was very enjoyable. Will stay here next time we are back!

This is the second time my dad and me have stayed here over the last 12 months. I gave them top marks last year, and I will give them top marks this year, we both had great sea view rooms, the staff were very pleasant and professional, as are the owners. There's a great variety for breakfast including full English and cereal, fruit and toast, hot and cold drinks are also available. Parking is just around the corner and not really too expensive. I can't say enough about this place, and would probably say that I enjoyed it more this time as we had slightly better weather, through coming earlier than last year. Thanks for a great holiday experience

Stayed here after going on the Flying Scotsman (from Grosmont) on Bonfire Night. Emma & Zed make you feel welcome and can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Lovely clean room (with ironing board) with a sea view from West Cliff. Plenty of tea & coffee and nice fluffy towels. The shower came with toiletries too. Fab cooked breakfast and left feeling full all day! Free street parking outside also. Had drinks in the Fat Badger a few steps away - really nice. Great value for money Guest House and highly recommend!
