Whitby Holiday Park

Staff were extremely helpful. Had a problem with the EHU, the staff member sorted us out very quickly. Moved us to a better pitch as high winds. Reception staff was very helpful when I went in enquiring about something Toilet blocks were always clean. Site well cared for. And very lit up, being the middle of December.

Just had a couple of days in a glamping pod. It was a fabulous stay. The pod was well presented and had all we needed for our little break. The hot tub was a nice touch and when the shrubs grow will be lovely and private. The walk across the cliffs to the Abbey took us 15 minutes and was very pleasant. We didn’t use the facilities on site so can’t comment on them. The staff we met were very friendly and efficient. All in all a lovely stay.

Our second time staying here, a great site with a perfect location and beautiful setting. The only negative is that this time the shower block felt not as clean as last time and I struggled to get a warm shower in the male area, my wife had no issues in the female area. It certainly wouldn’t put us off staying there again.

The park is in a great location for Whitby. We stayed on a hard standing pitch in our Motorhome which was a good size and even had water. The park was very clean and pleasant apart from the showers and toilets that could do with refurbishment as they were clean but quite a bit of mould in the showers that did put us off from using them which is a shame considering how much is charged for a pitch. Apart from that we may return in the future.

Stunning views. Site is on top of a cliff. Stayed with touring caravan. Pitches well looked after and there's a bar and restaurant onsite. 20 minutes walk to Whitby Abbey and access to a private beach on site. Everything kept very. Clean but showers need upgrading. Cubicles are very small and there was a strong smell coming from drains. Would definitely visit again.
