We went in here on Sunday afternoon there was 6 adults and 3children so lots of money being spent especially at 1 particular grab machine the member of staff who had mid black hair Never Took Her Eyes of Us !!and stood Scowling at us the whole time on grab and spent over £30 on this particular machine you would think in this day and age they would be happy with our custom!!Will Definitely Not Be Returning next time in Whitby .Definitely dissapointed with our experience in this amusement arcade. On a plus note lots of variety to choose from.

Brilliant service especially on the 2 and 10p area with them 2 lads my kids really enjoyed it asked one of their names, Connor made the experience even better cheers would recommend taking the family here

Lovely first visit today! In a great location and very easy to find. All the games were so much fun and not too expensive. The best was the big interactive shooting range game.

Our experience here was quite disappointing. We stayed for about an hour, and here are the issues we encountered: - At least two coin machines took our money but didn’t give us any change. - Two game machines accepted our money, didn’t work at all, and failed to return the coins. - Many machines were not turned on. - The bowling system malfunctioned; three strikes were bowled that didn’t register, and the same one pin was returned for the second go. Clearly an error in the machine. I understand that it’s all meant to be fun and games, but as far as arcades go, this was a poor experience. It felt like no one cared about the customers.

I love going down to the arcades on kyber pass because I chat to some of my friends and I sometimes find 2 pences and pud t them in the slot machines and I sometimes win some ducks for a member of the staff
