Truly refreshing and beautiful walk from the back of the Whitby Abbey. Very enjoyable walk even with our young kid. I will highly recommend it on a sunny day. The air was fresh, the walk is mostly flat and easily accessible. I will definitely go again.

Beautiful scenery and great routes for hiking. You can find jet and coal along the beach. Some people have found fossils in this area and now you can see seals in some parts of the bay.

Robin hood bay - amazing place but very hard to park be prepared to park outside the village and walk in but be ready for big hills this doesn't hide the fact that the village is amazing place lovely scenery great to bring the family to crabbing when the tide is out some great shops and history shops that are free to look at makes this place a wonderful enjoyment. And only a stone's throw away from Whitby so you could make a full day out and worth doing. And best of all we spent very little

Amazing area of England with hikes along the coast and inland through woods as well as old railway tracks. A wide range of wildlife to see along the way including the seal colony at Ravenscar. We walked upto Ravenscar via the Cleveland Way from Robin Hood's Bay and the north route along the coast back along the Cinder Track. Thoroughly recommended. Areas can be very muddy and slippery if there has been heavy rainfall so be prepared!
