What a great place to catch up with friends and family! We enjoyed a selection of homemade pizzas and ate them out back in the lovely garden area! The pizza was great and reasonably priced. We all enjoyed the local beer, and the atmosphere was amazing! We went inside where it was quite busy but easily got served at the bar, we sat inside and enjoyed a few games of darts. The men behind the bar were friendly , and I think 1 of them was called Sam. The toilets were very clean and tidy along with the rest of the pub, inside and out. This was my first visit, and I'll definitely be returning! Thank you 😊
Popular place, good beer selection and they do pizzas. A bit pricey but similar to moat pubs, just don't get £5 a pint prices.
Fantastic venue, always clean and a great selection of beers. Staff are great and there's a good beer garden for the summer. Vetran friendly, the Wibsey Veterans meet here on the first Sunday of every month at 10.00hrs
Lovely pub, great staff. Has guest beers on & a good selection of draughts, bottles & spirits. Entertainment once a month. Quiz night evwey Wednesday. Lovely seated garden area at the front & alsp ar the rear, which also has an outside bar & stage. Car park. Definitely worth a visit.
I spent the first 20 years of my life growing up at the family home across the road but never really spent much time at this pub. I recently started calling in for one reason or another and found it a welcoming pub with friendly staff and a consistently good draught lager (Cruzcampo), served in a proper glass.
