So we ordered from here the other day and it really wasn't very good. Anyway The owner offered to rectify it and reached out to us Via reviews so we gave it another go And the food was fantastic really good tested great was nice and hot it was nice for the owner to reach out and offer to fix it he didn't have to and we appreciate the fact that he did. I recommend trying Future Balti it really is worth it.

Amending my previous review. After the owner reached out to apologise, we ordered another meal and wow, it was amazing, hats off to the staff and owner for reaching out and taking the heat for the previously bad meal. It's obvious that you care about customer experiences which is how it should be. This time the curry was delicious, full of flavour and fresh! Thank you for taking steps to resolve the issues we had! *Previous review* *Been eating here and getting takeaways for years, used to be the best around. We have noticed a decline in recent years, however tonight's meal was so bitterly disappointing! The rice was obviously old, it smelt like dirty dishwater and tasted awful, the curry was a watery mess and inedible, even the poppadoms were burnt. Really unimpressed, spent a decent amount of money and ended up still hungry afterwards!

Orded a curry at 6.10pm still waiting at 8pm phoned to be told really busy and we are next few orders telling us another 30 minutes or so, unfortunately orded it on just eat and didnt want the hassle of refund but wont be ordering again . Was one of the better takeaways around don't know what's gone wrong but they need to sort it must be loseing lots of customers . Not recommend unless you want a long wait . I feel I can't give stars at this time . Update food arrived 2hrs 30 after we orded. Taste was nice, just ashame on delivery time .

Take away. No bottle of coke with order for 79 Sheridan Street. No chilli on naan kebab. Took 1 hour and 15 mins total. At least 20 mins late from lates estimated time. And still wrong order. And not answering phone. I'll leave this review. So bad 👎 guess I waited so long so I'm last order and I couldn't call them. Uber eats could at least have accurate times or resturant could call when I request an update. Still just about edible though even though mayo tastes like milk.

So, we've been customers for years. We've eaten in the restaurant, when it was open, and had many deliveries. Never had an issue with the quality of food. Always been 5*. However, their delivery times have gradually got worse over the years. I thought 90 mins was bad enough.... Last night, the delivery took 3 hrs and 22 mins!!!! Honestly never known anything like it. Ordered via Uber Eats and no real time tracking available. I literally rang 33 times before someone answered. I know it's Ramadan and the staff were breaking their fast but maybe don't open for orders until after 7/7:30pm?! I informed Uber Eats who refunded some of our money. Really hard leaving a review about a restaurant we love and recommend. Really need to improve on delivery times and provide accurate estimated delivery times. Ours said latest 19:45. It arrived at 22;07!!
