I ordered a hash brown meal and was really disappointed with the quality. The bread was very soggy and almost inedible, and the portion of beans (which I paid £2.45 for) was tiny – hardly any at all. I even called to ask if I could pay for a burger bun to make the meal better, but the person on the phone didn’t let me speak properly, saying they were too busy and would “sort it out.” They did send me a bun (and didn’t charge me for it, which I appreciated), but that doesn’t make up for the poor quality of the main meal. Overall, I expected much better for the price I paid and left feeling disappointed. Total for this food was £5.40
I am writing this review in hopes the owner sees this and gets in contact with me. I am a regular customer who orders every single night for the past 2 years and for some reoson your staff are always getting my order wrong even tho i order the same exact thing every night. I then have to call up again just tell tell them they have given me the wrong order and have to wait another 1 hour to receive my correct order. This has happened over 20 times. I am not exaggerating because im sure your workers on the phone or manager will admit to this happening and have a record of it since i order every night after 1. The most annoying part is i put £20 in almost every night so roughly £80 to £100 every week i spend. That is only 1 of the problems, the other matter is 1 of your delivery drivers purposely doesn’t give us the correct change for example the order is £14, he then gives back 3.60 change? This has happened multiple times with the same driver. I am not asking for a refund or anything like that. I am though asking the owner to respond and take action against these workers that are losing you money and customers including me as my order was wrong again. Also abit of advice please tell staff to check the orders are correct before sending them of because you are the ones losing money sending the correct order back whilst the customer most likely would have lost their appetite.
Went to this place as we wanted late night curry. We didnt have high hopes as some places in Bradford suck (like Omars!). But wow this place is amazing. We ordered as follows: Masala Fish which was beautiful tasty, spicy and fresh, good portion size. Butter Lamb Karahi which was so tasty, perfect salt level, quality lamb meat and real piece of butter on top. Butter chicken Karahi mild level version which was delicious and actually super tasty yet mild enough for those that dont want it too hot. Egg fried rice was perfectly spiced pilau style rice but fried with egg, Palak Paneer was delicious with fried cubes of Paneer in thick spinach gravy. Tandoori Roti was high quality. Service was excellent with attentive male and female waiter. Jug of free water was fresh, cold and with a nice clean jug. Squeezy Sauces on table were good, mint yoghurt, coriander, mayo and chilli. Everything was bang on, upstairs and downstairs seating. Better than Shimlas in my opinion.
Really appreciated taste in town and best service ever. Tasted Daal tonight what a great meal everything tasted good 😊 . One of the highly appreciated thing is delivery love you all♥️
we went in late last night around 1am for chicken karhai and some starters. food was absolutely banging as usual but what stood out was the male server who was running up and down to get the orders out. even tho it was busy he was very attentive to our needs and extremely helpful and polite. absolutely loved the service and of course the food, it is a must try for anyone in bradford 💯✨️
