Beef in the chop suey was very gamey, almost inedible. Food smelled strongly of ammonia and tasted very earthy. Rice was all sticky and clumped together, I could tell it was re-heated. Almost as soon as I ate food from here I vomited and was sick the rest of the night. I won't be ordering from here again, very disappointed

A typical Chinese you can find in the UK. Decent flavours but nothing outstanding - I ordered a good kung po and chowmein but had a pretty flavourless salt & pepper chips and fried rice, too.

Disappointing Experience – Wrong Order & Terrible Customer Service! I ordered vegetarian spring rolls, but what I received was non-vegetarian meat spring rolls. I went back to the restaurant to explain the mistake, but the staff completely ignored my concerns. They claimed that I didn’t mention it was vegetarian when I ordered, even though I clearly did! The lack of accountability and poor customer service was extremely frustrating. They showed no willingness to resolve the issue or make it right. I will definitely not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service or quality food.

Ordered via direct website for pick up. We went for the £11 mixed starters, cantonese mixed meat, fried rice, curry sauce, chips. Food was ready on time and handed to me hot. Unfortunately it went down hill once we got the food home and started eating, it was a cliche of very poor chinese food. The prawn toasts had only a tiny (if any) prawns in them, the ribs appeared like they’d already been eaten (very little meat on), the fried rice was clearly re-heated in the microwave (very dry and shrunk rice grains), the curry sauce had powdery lumps in it, the cantonese sauce frankly tasted rank and we could not finish it despite pretending it was medicine! The chips were plentiful but hard and hollow, again suggesting re-heating. Now we’re not people to give bad reviews lightly and we have experience of eating many cuisines from around the world but this was truly a waste of money, sorry Panda House you appear lovely people but you need to buck up your ideas and serve edible food since people are paying good money to you.
