Very rude guys in office. They acting like they giving the parts for free.
What a joke if only I could give 0 stars bought two injectors apparently in perfect condition only for my car to start jerking In neutral after putting them in . The car was better off without the two injectors and when called to ask for replacements it’s a 48 hour refund policy. What a joke it takes more than 48 hours to even get to a mechanic and get it fitted. Don’t get your car parts from here you’ll regret it
So i called these guys to ask if they had a part in stock, they said "yes no problem we have one right here come down" So i travelled 20mins to the scrap yard and guess what " we have one here somewhere” i waited 20mins and no part appeared. Very unproffesional!
Worst experience in a scrap yard ever!!! Customer service appalling, they made me wait hours for parts and fitting and still they can’t fix the problem, wish I never let these guys touch my car all they have done is make my car worse and now it doesn’t even start !!! AVOID at all cost you better off going elsewhere once they take your money you ain’t getting it back,
