Parklands Medical Practice

Rude,ignorant reception staff. I missed a call from them so rang straight back and was put on hold in a queue of 2 people. After 15 mins I went into the surgery to find them chatting away and me still on hold. In the meantime the doctor called me back and I missed his call AGAIN. The receptionist told me I would have to re-book another appointment !!!!!

Worst service ever! Every time I call, I’m kept on hold for ages, and when they finally answer, they say they’re fully booked — even if it’s only 8:15 a.m.! How can it be full just 15 minutes after opening? This happens every single time. They always tell me to call 111 — so what’s the point of having a GP if you can never actually get an appointment?

Worst doctors surgery in the entire country. You won’t ever get an appointment no matter when you ring, been with them for over 10 years and it’s a battle every time you want to be seen. Honestly they would you rather die than actually give you any form of help. Do yourself a favour and register for Wibsey & Queensbury just up the road.

DONT CHOOSE THIS DOCTORS!! Online appointments only, don’t ring for one they will tell ya to do it online doesn’t matter if you are young old mentally impaired blind get online DONT CHOOSE THIS DOCTORS !!

People are really struggling with all kinds of health issues, it’s made worse by a long ring on the phone and then the phone is deliberately cut off. The practice should analyse it data and check to see how many patients are cut off, exacerbating any worry or stress they have. I called twice this morning and just as my call was picked up it was cut off! How and why!!! Incidentally I was following up a call I made yesterday, receptionist said she��d come back to me but didn’t.the practice needs to listen to its patients.
