Deserves NO stars. Disgusting that this practise is even operating still. Who even gets treated or seen by anyone at this doctors? Because it’s like getting blood out of a stone!! I’m still waiting for a phone call back after 5 days waiting and also having to follow up keep ringing and I haven’t even spoke to anyone, nobody has rung, nothing. Also this new AI Robot you have answering calls is ridiculous! Also called for my daughter and the receptionist never thought to give me sign in details for their new online system, who can be arsed with this!? Disgusting service, no care whatsoever definitely needs reporting and looking into.

Dr Younis is such a lovely & professional Doctor. A credit to the NHS. I went for a cortisone injection. Dr Younis explained the procedure very clearly and put me at rest. No pain despite the size of the needle.

Never known a doctors like it. Ring to speak for meds and on hold for nearly an hour (56 mins) and cuts off. Must think people have nothing better to do than ring and get nowhere. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Wouldn't actually give the one star absolutely disgusting. Had enough now my daughter had an appointment regarding hearing. So the doctor says make an appointment at specsavers for hearing test. So she does and they were going to be charging 59 pound for this test,then they contacted her telling her they don't do hearing tests for anyone below 24. Goes back to doctors and low and behold have to make an appointment again for the same thing absolutely disgusting

Disgrace! I've never known anything like it! I've numerous problems, which they just completely dismiss! I've took screenshots of over 300 attempts to contact at 8.30! It's absalutely unbelievable! This place needs investigating. Because of this hell hole, I've had no choice but to take medication I shouldn't be taking, just to get myself out of pain! which has then caused problems with my existing condition!! All of which I will be presenting at my next consultant appointment. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with this until the next closest GP begins to take new patients. This place is 1 of the reasons A & E is so busy! It's not just patients turning up there! It's because GPs like this are unable to function at and half decent standared; which forces people to seek help & advice elsewhere!
