Receptionist Ayman is so rude, everytime I ring the surgery and it’s her she gives attitude. First of all she told my mum my sister was pregnant when my sister hadn’t told anyone, what happened to patient confidentiality? I’ve been having problems with the online system and when I’ve rang up and asked if we can do the form over the phone she said no we can’t do that, which if you can’t do then why does the automated service say we can go through the from with a receptionist if we’re having problems? When I asked her this she started raising her voice, I explained I’m so ill I can barely move and I have tried to do the online form 4 times, she wasn’t having any of it and just kept being rude. So now im not able to get a doctors appointment because the receptionists don’t want to help patients.

Despite being the only one on the call queue I was on hold for 20 MINUTES. This phone line was clearly not being manned correctly. I was asking where my repeat prescription was as the request was put in the system 6 Days ago and had not been delivered. Your service is disgusting. Mrs Karen brown, dob.05.07.54

This practice is a total joke! The doctors are amazingly helpful if you can get past the office staff to see them, for example, I am dealing with mental health issues, and just received a call from one of the staff there, called Bev, she was very Abusive and Threatening down the phone to me, talking to me like I was a child, May I say cqc will be getting informed about this persons behaviour

Unable to get an appointment to see a doctor (which is kind of the point of a GP surgery). Only advice given was to Go to A&E. No wonder you are waiting 10 hours at A&E when you have an emergency. I don't blame any of the staff at wibsey medical practice but whoever is in charge needs to accept they should rethink their career choices. Every time I've been inside to see about an appointment the surgery is empty. Maybe they need to employ some doctors. What a sad state of affairs. Hate to write this as the doctor I saw about 15 years ago was brilliant.

This practice is not fit for purpose. 95 year old patient, discharged from hospital on 23 Dec, with instructions to contact surgery immediately, as most meds had been changed. Took 5 attempts, on that day, to speak to someone, I had to call hospital back twice, on their behalf. Finally spoke to Bev, who assured me that new medication list had been received. As he had only been discharged with one weeks meds, she said she would mark it as urgent, to ensure he received them quickly. Today, 30 Dec, no meds received, had to phone pharmacy, they haven’t got the script, several call to surgery, told in house pharmacist hasn’t signed it off yet. Tried calling surgery again, it keeps cutting me off. He has tonight’s meds, non for tomorrow. It’s absolutely appalling. How do the poor souls that don’t have anyone to speak up for them, and how many people have the time to be chasing them up, to do their job?
