Towing service truck was 2h late to pick up the car after the 3h30 ETA. Driver was NOT FIT to drive but accepted to provide the service. Swerving left&right out of lanes because he was drifting off to sleep. After sending the payment I’ve asked for an invoice, been told I’ll get it next day, and next day turned into a month of calling and texting, asking for the invoice, since I needed it for insurance purposes.

Bought a car from this place approximately 3 weeks ago, no receipt given apparently they email it to you which I never received, still no v5c even though the owner has said he sent it off. The list of problems were never ending although it says on auto trader all cars go through a 180 point check, turbo not boosting shocker was leaking, toxic exhaust gasses leaking into the cabin the list could go on and on never seen anything like it doesn’t reply to calls or texts just keeps your car parked on the road outside his garage even after I called and asked if the car was getting fixed avoid at all costs unless you want to buy a money pit. Asked for my money back owner refused even though I was within my right to return the car within 14 days.

Awful customer service. Had SEVERAL issues with a car we bought from this garage all found within a day of having the car. He was avoiding our calls and lying to us, telling us he will get the car fixed and that the car is in the garage. But when we drove past, the car was parked on a main road outside the dealership. We went to the garage to discuss the issues as we wanted a refund for being sold a faulty car, he then called his friend and tried to intimidate us by getting in my partners face. Please avoid buying a car from here at all costs.

Bought a 53 reg Mazda 2 from these guys recently and cannot fault the car or them so polite and excellent customer service, friendly and welcoming. Will going back to them for a car for my wife when she passes her test.

I bought a car on December 23rd. Together with the car, I received the MOT certificate from December 17th. After the purchase, I found a handbrake working loudly. Upon inspection at my local garage, the passenger side rear caliper was found completely inoperative (no brake worked on this wheel). After the contact, I heard do what you want, we are not interested !!! She's taking money and they don't care about the rest !!! Stay away from them !!!!
