An unforgettable experience that truly brings joy to me everytime I think back on it. Where should I start? My first ever prom is on Friday and I’m looking to book a dry haircut appointment yet my regular hair salon is closed. I turn to town, hoping that this would be fine, however I was greeted with disappointment and no customer service at all. the appointment was rushed due to it being busy and the hairdresser doing my hair was reluctant to spend any time longer on it, I asked her to show me how much she will cut off and she refused, she didn’t even straighten my hair before cutting it, entirely messed up my bangs when I had reminded her to style it because she was going to send me home without doing so, she refused to redo it even though I said I would pay extra. It was an absolute disaster! Helpless and unable to comprehend what to do, I remember that my mums friend recommended me Kimmie Couture, only 5 mins away from my house too so convienent. As I walked in and explained the situation, a really nice lady Michelle immediately understood the situation and was willing to help sort out the mess, then she booked my appointment for the next day. On that day, I was treated with kindness and respect, as she fully listened to what I wanted and perfectly executed the haircut according to my expectations. The perfect cut, the perfect bangs and perfect styling amazed me. My confidence was immediately restored and I felt cared for by the salon of friendly and passionate workers. I left the place with a smile on my face. So if you ever have emergencies like mine, anything small or big, this is definitely the place you should come to. Trust me. This was my first time here, but it definitely is not going to be my last. Thank you for your help Kimmie Couture!

Absolutely amazing Kimmie is the best hair stylist I know! Highly professional and Sharon was amazing I got the best head messarge ever I felt like I went to a different universe initially! Highly recommend this hair salon and especially Kim she is amazing. I definitely got the hair salon experience. Very friendly staff. Warm and welcoming atmosphere! Clean & tidy. Best "do" in Yorkshire. Since having my hair done at Kimmies I've had to fight the local flange off with a stick. 5 stars on Clip Advisor can't be a coincidence!
