Your pharmacy delivery driver who delivers to my 95 year old mother's home is always friendly,helpful and makes an effort to deliver on time.Also,he has promptly called back with deliveries if my mother has not been available.She always enjoys a quick chat and laugh with him. Thank you

I experienced a discrepancy with my prescription quantity, and the pharmacy staff were initially unhelpful. They later insisted the issue wasn't on their end based on the script received/issued, while the GP insisted the issue was with the pharmacy based on their system records. Though I understand mistakes happen, no attempt to resolve the situation was offered. Simply contacting the GP would have been helpful. As a local pharmacy, good customer service goes a long way.
