Dracup Road Post Office

I find this post office very convenient and helpful. Where we live, we have a serious issue receiving our online purchases, and since we started sending our packages to this location, we have had no further issues. I am very grateful for the service they provide with Amazon deliveries. So, I want to say thank you to the owner and staff for proving the ultimate solution to our postal woes. Thank you very much 😊 we appreciate you.

Always a ridiculous wait time whenever I go in ques go outside and only one staff behind counter . Almost have to wait half hour for half a minute job people dont have all day and staff are so slow aswell. What I find rude is they dont even apologies for the wait, It's common sense to get one more counter open if they are that busy. Appears there is only one person running the whole post office most of the time. Go to other post offices with better service itl save you time

Staff have thorough knowledge of Royal Mail services and products. Their welcome and friendliness is second to none - they will go out of their way for you and remember regular customers. The Post Office is tidy and well maintained.

First time I have used this post office. Normally use the one in Wibsey I must say very impressed by how helpful and friendly the gentleman was there. Wibsey post office could learn a lot from this post office and their customer care. Always find Wibsey to be quite rude and unhelpful.

Went to post a parcel, was there just before the post office opened at 9am, had to wait until after 9.15am before anyone came to open, no apologies or anything to say that they were late. This post office did provide a good service not any more.
