Send my paperwork and invoice with them for several times, twice letters never left this place as I just tracked them, they definitely doing it on purpose. When my customer doesn't receive original paperwork I don't receive my payment. Now I'm short few hundred £££. Also 2 days ago they refuse to acceptmy miss parcel as they said "label is not full" as they need two pages... One page is with all postage information and second with postage cost which I don't want send and show for my customer. At this point she (my miss) took this parcel to another RM post office and sent it with no single issues. My advice is to avoid this place as customer service is unbelievable bad since last year when new staff arrived 0 star will never send anything with them again
Sent my phone wanted to send it special delivery advised by asian male not the beard guy to send it signed for 1st class it will be OK and covers £200 found out today only covers £20 and phone location showing only at the post office most likely the post office man took my Samsung flip 6 price £800 plus lost alot of money cause of this stupid post office warn always font go what they advise you pay special delivery or record them what they say etc
