Amazing!! We are all ready for Christmas with the fantastic Christmas cakes from Marshalls. So glad we bought two since we have already demolished one of them. The only downside is that the bakes here don't help maintaining a trim figure lol... but we'll worth the extra 30 minutes on the cross trainer!!
Poor customer service. Asked for tuna salad with everything, not to one member of staff but to both who were serving. (Young lad and woman) Went home to realise in the abysmal rain that I Got given a tuna sweetcorn without salad. I went back to the store and after already charging me 3.65 the woman then tried to charge me an additional 80p for salad. When I had corrected her mistake for the second time she looked bemused and then tried to charge me for a bag. First of all if you’re selling food please make sure the least you can do for your customers is wrap it in something waterproof, this charge should be incorporated in your high prices. Not charging extra for bags that’s a backwards policy. It shows there is little value for the customer. You don’t go to a restaurant and get charged 10p for a doggy bay and 5p for all the containers. You don’t go to a chippy and get charged for the bag so why would you charge extra for a bag which should already be included as part of your pricing. Won’t be going there again will happily go to another sandwich shop due to the poor customer experience.
NO WHERE TO PARK the staff are amazing but the owner the manager the bold guy was rude and rascist. I wanted to pay using a £50 note because that's all I had and needed it changing, but at the end I used card. My observation and comment regarding rascist was why would it matter whose using the £50! That's what he asked. If I was white would you have taken it??? And his response was "there is a lot of £50 around" so what is your issue. Suffice to say we won't be returning thanks to you mate
Went in for a bacon and mushroom sandwich with brown sauce, was ignored for 5min whilst they were chatting away extremely rude in my opinion considering there were 3 staff, they looked miserable, no smile at all, but £4.20 for a bacon and mushroom sandwich with brown sauce, I would highly recommend taking out a mortgage before going in, the worst service and experience ever. So I went to Tummy Rumbles instead service with a smile no matter how the lady is feeling, better food and no mortgage required.
Went into Wibsey branch for 4 buttered long buns they are now bought in so went for currant teacakes sorry to say they were not nice definitely not fresh and really disapointed used to get lovely fresh teacakes long not now.
