Darren was absolutely brilliant and knew his stuff, he was glad to give his opinion since we have never had a log burning stove, all the advice was greatly appreciated and absolutely love our stove, will be recommending to people we know. Amazing service and the main man Darren is so helpful. He helped me understand what was required for my stove and directed me to Dom for fitting. Darren went the extra mile by ordering a part to fix my stove and for this I am very grateful. Keep up the excellent and I 100% recommend Wibsey fire to anyone who is looking to fit in a fireplace.

This is my second purchase of a gas fire from Wibsey fireplace Centre Ltd as l find them to be the cheapest around and Darren does not make you feel uncomfortable by trying to push a sale on you, he gives advice on the fires you are considering and let’s you make your own mind up.
