I would give 0 stars if I could. This is a scam artist. Please, if you buy anything from his shop, make sure you get it checked by other jewelers and take pictures of the item with the receipt in his shop because he is not a man to be trusted. We exchanged two sets of bangles for new designs 12 years ago. We have the receipts. When I decided to change my bangles' design again, I found out Mangla Jewelers had taken our 22-carat gold and switched it to 21-carat, so now both our bangles sets are 21-carat. Not only that, my receipt said my new bangles were 185 grams in weight, and when weighed now, they are 179 grams. When I took them back 12 years later, they denied it, (saying these are not mine, we did not make them, they are from Pakistan). I never took my bangles off or took them to any jewelers in those 12 years, and I gave zakat according to the receipt. Well, he can deny all he wants. Inshallah, on the Day of Judgment, we will take what is rightfully ours. As you can see in Picture in 1 invoice is my old gold is 22-carat. And the other is of the new bangles, which are now 185 grams, and he has charged for 15. 0 grams of polish. I mean, how can polish be so much? So he also scammed there by charging so much for polish. Back then, I did not understand this; I only realized it after showing it to the jeweler who is changing my bangles now. And look how much he has charged (£920)for changing design and adding 15grams of gold and 15grams of polish (which it should never be because polish does not weigh 15grams )12 years ago . You can simply look at these invoices and see how much of a con artist they really are. Not only this the bangles had a 22k stamp inside them, so I always believed them to be 22k.and another fact i did not know till now , they do not stamp with 22k in UK if its hallmarked it will be 91.6 for 22-carat gold.the stamp in this bangle is not right according to UK.
I’ve been going to Mangla Jewellers for years with my family; they’re our go-to for gold. Staff members are friendly and professional, particularly Faizan, who’s always been honest and straightforward about jewellery/costs etc. The man with the beard helped my mum pick out some jewellery for her birthday—which she loved—and helped me choose some earrings. He showed us lots of different designs and really took his time. I didn’t feel as though there was any rush. Great customer service every time.
Such a good experience. They took the time to proper assess my ears instead of just rushing to re pierce, they explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. Very professional, gentle and honest. You can tell they really care about doing things right. The jewellery they use is good quality. Highly recommend
Had a fantastic experience visiting Mangal Jewellers. The staff are very helpful, took their time to show me different items. They were very professional but had a good banter at the same time. Didnt pressure me to buy anything but i walked out with a lovely mens ring, which the lads gave me a really good deal on !! Will be back soon .
had a very good response with Mangla jewellers. bhaijan went out his way to make me happy. this wasn’t actually at the shop, it was on txt over a couple of days. every question was answered by someone at the shop, it wasn’t too much which i found heart warming. had so many interactions with others but not on this level. even on txt came to a good compromise on price. didn’t get that with other shops but bradford is the best, the shops do keep to there word which i value Ma Sha Allah. Best experience was with Mangla though very respectful Alhamdulillah.Hope to shop there again.
