Amazing customer service from both Anam and Sheroz. They always take care of their customers, treating them like family. My dad bought a gold bracelet from them. First of all, they charged him quite a lot of money, which would’ve been fine if the product was actually worth it. However after just a few months, the bracelet stretched out. When I took it back to them, they said they couldn’t fix it. I was shocked, how can you not fix a gold bracelet that I purchased directly from you? It’s not a plated piece or costume jewelry. It cost us real money. Overall it’s been a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend or purchase anything from them ever again.

I’ve been to their shop with my mum from manchester. We were not disappointed. They are amazing couple both of them have such a great and cheerful personality. Once you entered the shop you will definitely buy something because of their great customer service. Their jewellery design is very unique and the price is very budget friendly. I would definitely recommend going there. It doesn’t feel like you’re meeting strangers it felt like family. I will be going back there soon inshaAllah. They also ordered food for us🥹 which was soo yummy 🤤 thank you both soo much ❤️ i wish you all the best in life

Me and my friend visited the shop earlier today after seeing many gorgeous pieces on TikTok, there was so many gorgeous pieces to choose from we were spoilt for choice! The customer service was 10/10, the loveliest and most helpful people we’ve ever had look after us in a jewellery store (they even sent us home with some gorgeous food to try which was amazing!!) The prices were so fair and affordable compared to other stores we’ve recently visited. We 100% recommend and we will definitely be returning. Thank you so much! X
