Nelson Parks Ltd - Florida Keys Holiday Park

We stayed in Harwood Lodge, and it was perfect. Excellent communication with the owner. Lodge was spotlessly clean. The hot tub was amazing. A fabulous few days away.

Excellent condition cabins and very clean area. Peaceful location and close to A Road. Maps around the park to find the cabins, only issue when finding our cabin (Goldcrest Cabin), on arrival to park, there was no signage outside to say what cabins are located in the park. There are separate 'phases' with different lodges in these areas. There's not a lot to do around the park unless you can drive 10-15 minutes down the road. If you're looking for somewhere to chill out and relax, come here!

The lodge we stopped in was ok unfortunately it didn't have wifi and the signal was none existent. Also the lodge hadn't been cleaned to a great standard there was food under the sofa. Dust on the extractor and dust where a curtain pole had been fitted. The water pressure wasn't great and the garden needed a good tidy with weeds everywhere. Would not stop here again unless these things were sorted

First of al the Ohio lodge is only half a lodge. First impressions are important and on arriving to check in at 1pm, after travelling for 5hrs in near 30c heat, we had to wait a further 3.5hrs to be able to check in. I understand this was due to bad guests before us, but this was not our fault, nor were we informed. We left and returned twice and still didn’t not see the cleaner, just a dirty lodge. Even after supposedly cleaned, the lodge stunk of weed. There were joint doubts all over the outside area, aswell as sharp bottle lids. Dangerous for adults, never mind children and dogs. There was no gate to keep in dog or toddler so could not relax outside. Tv remote hardly worked despite changing the batteries. Would not stay again. Offered no compensation or apology.

Cabins quite good but for larger people beds need to be larger sofers too low; the site has an excellent Thai restaurant,and other amenities are a short distance away.
