Lovely little cafe with front and rear seating areas. Dog friendly with a beautiful beach. However, be aware between May and September dogs are only permitted off lead on the right side of the castle structure just before going into the beach. The garden areas, dog on leads are required at all times. It is a rather untouched seaside with some shops and cafes but lovely to walk on the peer.

Absolute gem of a place to stop for excellent food. The staff is attentive - even asking if they could give my dog a sausage (for free!) and then served it sliced in a dish. Smaller breakfast was huge and beautifully cooked. Bacon sandwich came in a toasted, buttered bun with plenty of bacon. Outside seating at the rear had enclosed areas to keep out of the wind. This place is a definite ‘must stop’ if you are in Withernsea 🙏

Visited with my partner this morning, he had a breakfast and I had a cheese and bacon panini. I love panini's, but I have never been served one like this before. Not only did it arrive a good ten minutes after my partner got his full English, it had that much cheese on it you couldn't see the bread, when you ate it the bread was that dripping in cheese fat it was mushy, and there wasn't really much bacon in it ,a few cut up pieces. It came with a smidge of lettuce a teaspoon of coleslaw and three tortilla chips and it cost £8.95. Now most people would say did you send it back or say anything. Usually I would, however as it had already taken long enough to get that one, and our time on parking was running low I didn't say anything. I wouldn't usually post a review, but I honestly don't know how they were happy to send this panini out. Yes I ate some of it, I was starving, but I left most of the panini. I did however enjoy the few leaves I ate.

Ordered a breakfast, but do not like black pudding. Asked if I could swap and was told they do not offer swaps. When you are paying for food and a service, you should be able to ask for swaps, just wanted extra mushrooms and beans. Also the lady serving was not very welcoming. First time visit and will be last time visit. Hopefully the food will be decent.
