I visited the chopstick after I had already been to another place closer to the sea on a side street. I ordered fried rice egg chips & special house curry. The curry had chicken and prawn and veg it was tasty the chips also rice very good. I feel this Chinese takeaway had more authentic taste in the food then other places. I would go back again I enjoyed it
I wasn't going to order from here due to the 3.2 star review... SO GLAD WE DID!! Lovely person on the phone. Delivered straight to the caravan door within 30 mins! The BEST sweet and sour chicken balls I've ever had!! Everything was hot and perfect. If we visit sand le mere again we know where to order from! Place an order you won't be disappointed x
Seemed good but food was disgusting. Had expecting to be ill in the morning Being very serious my wife had special fu yung. Just plain mush. I have seen cat vomit that looked more appetising As for my bean in black bean sauce well let's just say i felt like I needed to help the cat out! We don't live in Withensea but visit frequently. However. We will mot be visiting this Chinese again and would very much suggest you consider doing the same
Staying at Withernsea sands ordered Chinese safe to say I was not disappointed. Delivery came quicker than expected and the delivery driver was very polite as was the person on the phone. Ordered chicken chow mein with special rice and chicken balls. Chicken and veg was very tender and rice cooked to perfection. Sweet and sour sauce was one of the best I've tasted and went down more than well with the partner and kids, I only got left one chicken ball lol. If staying in or around withernsea I would recommend giving this place a try.
We were staying nearby for the weekend and fancied a late Chinese. Looked for a few places (which were closed) but found this one, and I’m glad we did. Food smelt and tasted 10/10 and time we come we will be ordering again. Yes the food has garlic in and they cook it right so it is strong, so maybe just ask for it without if you don’t like it… portion size is good, price is good, and good amount of meat in the dishes!
