Thoroughly enjoyed the chorizo and chicken flatbread, new to the menu but I hope it stays! Every single part of it was delicious and a really good portion size. Fantastic food. The pub itself is clean, well presented and ample staffed. Will definitely return!
Ive been in the cross keys a few times in the past but never eaten there until tonight and all o can say is OMG ive been missing out!!!! The food is absolutely delicious!!!! I had the tandoori chicken flatbread and it was HUUUUGE. I couldn't finish it! It was one of them meals where you make an Mmmm noise every time you take a bite it was that nice! The girl that served us was so polite and friendly too. We will defo be eating here more often from now on! I thought the junction at wombwell did the best food around, but id say the cross Kelly's now tops it!!!! 5 STARS
Had another fantastic meal at our local pub, great atmosphere and excellent service, the food was amazing. Highly recommend it 5* ideally book in advance on their website or give them a call.

Amazing food and incredible service from the ladies serving both food and drinks. My wife had a gorgeous homemade pie with a freshly baked crust not microwaved like most places, creamy mash and fresh veg. I had a gorgeous burger, homemade onion rings, fresh salad and homemade coleslaw. To finish I had a delicious Biscotti dessert and cream. One of the best meals I've ever had and certainly the cheapest for such incredible quality. We've already booked for Sunday lunch (Dinner to us Northerners 😁). A couple in the corner were telling us how wonderful their meal was and said the Sunday dinner was just like homemade, so we booked that as well. We'll certainly be regulars from now on. 👌
