Doesn't do food, lovely family run pub
Busy old traditional pub . Decent decor. Pleasant staff. Good facilities. Nice surprise.
Lovely place called for a quick pint while wife booked holidays for next year, very surprised at the prices at least 0.50p cheaper than my local for the same pint of Strongbow and owned by the same company Craft union !!! Can't understand how the same company can charge different prices for the same drink, but anyway that put aside the george is a lovely pub and well worth a visit any day of the week we'll priced in today's day and age of fluctuating prices.
Great pub that has stood the test of time when lots of others have fallen by the side. Happy friendly staff and great prices! Lots of other amenities really close. A great place to be and the added bonus of Sky Sports.
Nice gastro pub I think they are called service was good we went in for food and drinks and wasn't disappointed at all would defo recommend
